TDLAS100
Designed for butterfly package diode lasers with working current < 120mA. These lasers are commonly found in visible to near infared range (Nanoplus, Eblana, etc). This controller box include digital modulation-demodulation, current driving, temperature control and variable gain amplifier. All functions are PC controlled. (Note: laser are not included)
PRODUCT INFO
Our integrated laser driving module have most of the required functions to use tunable diode lasers, QCLs and other current driving lasers.
It has a digital controlled PID temperature loop that read the NTC and drive the TEC inside the laser package. The control loop has 0.1-degree accuracy and adjustable transient response. The case provides proper heat sink for the laser.
The module uses a high-speed current driver for laser driving. Driving signal can be chosen from constant current or sweep scan, with or without sinewave modulation.
Signal from detectors are to be feedback into the analog port. Our module will demodulate the signal with its base frequency and double frequency. (The use of double frequency demodulation is referred to Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy theory). Results can be acquired through console(digital) or DAC port(analog). We even integrated a wavelet based peak detection algorithm. That means when properly set up, the module can directly output the absorption results!
All functions are accessed through our PC software or through terminal console
